Best Pans For Searing Fish

Written By A Special Writer : Your One and Only, Amazing, Awesomely Unique FOOD Expert and Guru….. Mr. Efrain E. Silva! ( Woot Woot! )

Best pans for searing fish…. that was the title of this one. Like what you see? Then please read….

Well, first of all, I would like to show you this one —- Amazon.com: Lodge Cast Iron Grill Pan, Square, 10.5 Inch (affiliate link)

The Lodge Store, on behalf of Amazon, is really great at serving up high – quality pans that will sear to perfection ( as I am sure you have heard the saying, he he he heh ) . And this one is none the lesser on that list…. it is one of the best for searing, and it’s only $ 19.90 plus tax. How sick is that? You do not even have to spend $ 50 to get something of the same quality, as other similar models can cost ya more. This one’s both high – quality and incredibly cheap, in other words! So, is that not a deal? It sounds like one, from where I’m sitting….

Plus, it can be used on just about every single kind of kitchen or outdoor cooking surface and is also able to saute, stir – fry, fry, bake and more. Heck, we even take it out with us, every year, when we go camping as a family. It is super handy – handy. No kidding here.

Let me show you another one that you can sear to perfection with —- Amazon.com: MasterPan Non-Stick Stovetop Oven Grill Pan with Heat-in Steam-Out Lid, nonstick cookware, 12”, Black (affiliate link)

For just an extra $ 20 from the price of the last one, you can get it. It’s only $ 40. Plus tax, I mean, of course… but tax isn’t that much. We are talking like an extra $ 3 or $ 4, typically, at most. This non – stick 12 – inch pan is known to rock your world. Or at the least, it will be when you try it a few times… it will not fail you ( still has not failed me yet ) . It is free of heavy metals, as well, which means you know you are cooking something in a more healthy fashion and eco – friendly when you use it. Not bad, eh?

And let me tell you what else I have noticed from using it, as well….

It does not rust or corrode in its colors, either. It is super long – lasting. And it sears beautifully, so put in that trout, rainbow fish, or whatever else you have in your catch. It’ll sear things nice and slow. It’ll get the job done. It can even stand alone inside a flaming – hot oven, for instance, with the lid off, of course…. even if it is up to as hot as 480 degrees in Fahrenheit…. without issues or over – heating Dang.

Like these pans? These are my “best” when it comes to searing. Yours?
